BLOOMERY CONCERT INFORMATION & POLICIES

  • CONCERT DETAILS

    Tickets are available online only.

    All concerts begin at 7:00 PM and end at approximately 9:00 PM with a 15 minute intermission.

    The Bloomery gate opens at 6:15 PM with free parking in designated parking area only.

    The Bloomery venue is wheelchair accessible.

    Please bring your own chairs, blankets and be prepared for Wyoming’s changing weather.

    Wonderful food and drink options are available or guests may bring their own. Please clean up your area and dispose of all trash in provided receptacles.

    Professional photography or video recording is not allowed unless prior approval has been made.

  • VENUE POLICIES

    Do not pick the flowers, step on or trample any flowers or fields, or open and go through any closed gates.

    Do not approach, yell at or harass the animals, or enter any pens or corrals at any time.

    Do not dump any liquid, alcohol, beverage or food on the lawns, gravel driveways, or garden spaces. Trash cans are available for your convenience.

    Aerosols and sprays from sunscreen and/or mosquito repellent are not allowed near gardens or lawns and must be applied on the gravel driveway in designated areas.

    Under no circumstances are any vehicles allowed to drive or park on the lawn at any time. Please park in designated areas only. The Bloomery does not allow overnight camping and vehicles may not be left overnight.

  • ALCOHOL

    Hard alcohol is discouraged. All visitors are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. The Bloomery reserves the right to cut off alcohol consumption if it becomes an issue. The Bloomery reserves the right to eject visitors whose behavior becomes an issue to themselves, others, or to the venue.

  • SMOKING

    Allowed in the designated smoking area ONLY. Smoking is not allowed in the lawn area, gardens, fields or near the horse corrals/barn. Do not dispose of cigarette butts on the ground. Place cigarette butts in designated receptacles only.

  • CHILDREN

    Any children 16 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times. Children may not be left to wander the premises, enter any gardens, go through any closed gates, approach the animals, or climb and/or destroy the trees. Parents who leave their child (children) unattended will receive a warning. After that, they will be asked to leave.

    Please, be considerate of others around you who are enjoying the concert.

  • PETS

    The Bloomery is a working farm with a variety of animals. We do not allow outside pets.

  • REFUND POLICY

    The Bloomery does not refund tickets unless the venue or the contracted band cancels the show. Refunds will be made to the credit card used for the purchase.

  • PERSONAL ITEMS

    The Bloomery is not responsible for missing, stolen or forgotten items.
